1. Booking & Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date.
- The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event.
- Orders placed within 1 week of event require full payment upfront.
- Accepted payment methods: Cashless (Card, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App).
2. Guest Count & Final Order
- Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 1 week prior to the event.
- Final count cannot be reduced after confirmation; increases may be accommodated based on availability.
3. Delivery & Setup
- Delivery fees (typically 10%) apply unless otherwise stated.
- Client must ensure safe and accessible delivery location.
- Setup includes standard table arrangement unless otherwise agreed.
- Additional setup/breakdown services may incur extra fees.
4. Service Time & Overage
- Service includes a designated time window agreed upon in advance.
- Overtime service is billed at $75–$150 per hour depending on staffing level.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations within 1 week of event: 100% of total is due.
- Cancellations 4–7 days prior: 50% of total is retained.
6. Food Safety & Liability
- North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services food safety guidelines are followed.
- Client assumes responsibility for food once delivered or service has ended.
- Leftover food is provided at client’s discretion and risk.
7. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
- Client must communicate all allergies in advance.
- While precautions are taken, BeliciouS is not a certified allergen-free kitchen and cross-contact may occur.
8. Equipment & Rentals
- Any rented equipment (chafing dishes, utensils, etc.) remains property of BeliciouS.
- Client is responsible for loss, damage, or theft of equipment.
9. Venue Requirements
- Client must provide:
- Adequate space for setup
- Access to power/water if needed
- Any venue restrictions must be disclosed prior to booking.
10. Indemnification
- Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BeliciouS from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from event circumstances beyond our control.
11. Agreement Acknowledgment
- Payment of invoice constitutes agreement to all terms listed above.
